The house was designed in Mediterranean minimalism style, down to the smallest detail, with large spaces, open spaces, and numerous lounge areas, to be located on a generous plot with spectacular views. The quadrilateral shape acquires new contours through the contrasting play of the chromaticity of the facades treated in white and the shade of natural wood. Developed on 2 perpendicular sides, the ground floor has 3 bedrooms on one of them, and on the other side of the ground floor, we have a living area with an open-space kitchen, an entrance hall, and a bathroom. The spaces have been planned in such a way that each of the members of a family can benefit from their own comfort zone at the same time with the possibility to gather in the common area; each bedroom has an exit to a semi-covered terrace equipped with a relaxation area and a dining area, after which everyone has the opportunity to isolate themselves.
