This Contemporary Mediterranean house project is designed for generous plots and premium lifestyle. With three bedrooms on the ground floor, an open-space living area opening to semi-covered terraces, and a private wellness level upstairs featuring a SPA, relaxation lounge and rooftop terrace - this home blends Mediterranean serenity with contemporary functionality.
Imagine a home that welcomes you every day with the same calm you feel by the sea. Sunlight reflects off the soft white facades, the shadows of pergolas slide across the warm timber deck, and a gentle breeze passes through large glass doors opening to the garden.

The essence of Contemporary Mediterranean House design
This Contemporary Mediterranean House design is more than a residence - it is an architectural experience centered on equilibrium: between silence and vitality, between light and shade, between sophistication and simplicity.
The architecture draws from proportions and balanced volumes. The facades combine white textured plaster with warm natural wood and stone, creating visual depth and a natural connection with the surrounding landscape. The flat roof emphasizes horizontal lines, enhancing the feeling of openness - a defining feature of modern Mediterranean villas.
Through its L-shaped composition, the house embraces an inner courtyard, offering privacy and a continuous visual dialogue between interior and exterior spaces.
Light, volume and balance

Every line in this design villa has purpose; every volume, a role. Large windows are positioned to capture soft, controlled daylight in every key space while maintaining privacy and preventing overheating.
The composition is built on strong horizontal planes that define the terraces and shadows, complemented by tactile materials - wood, stone, and glass - in a calm, sophisticated contrast.
Ground Floor - harmony between functionality and calm

The ground floor layout focuses on fluid transitions: from public to private, from indoor to outdoor. The open-space day area connects living, dining, and kitchen zones, subtly defined by furniture and levels. The living area opens directly onto the main terrace, extending the interior into the garden.
All three bedrooms face the backyard, each with direct access to semi-covered terraces designed as personal outdoor lounges.
Neutral finishes, natural light, and clean lines create an atmosphere of discreet urban refuge - minimalist, warm and human.
Upper floor - private SPA and rooftop terrace

The upper level brings an experiential dimension to the home. Here, the design reveals a private wellness area - complete with a SPA, sauna, relaxation room and bar - all opening toward a rooftop terrace. This space becomes a true Mediterranean retreat above the city, where sunlight and air define the rhythm of relaxation.
Natural materials like stone, wood, and glass crate tactile calm and visual balance. This is not just an aesthetic space - it's an atmosphere, a sanctuary of well-being and introspection. Architecture here becomes a sensory language.
